We are looking for a Team Leader (Customer Service - Call Center) for a manufacturing as detail:
- Monitor a dynamic team to support the company's customer management services for team members
- Ensure updates from the customer to the CS agent in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve problems that occur throughout the support services program
the company's customer focus and analysis.
- Report to Project Monitoring on abnormal issues in operation
- Provide, support and share best practices for resellers to maintain standards up to parity and performance.
- Voluntarily receive a local call or digital contact to assist with the operation
- Make outgoing calls to handle escalation cases
- Participate in improving the quality of all units in the system during agreed development
- Make sure all team members are actively involved and work closely to achieve group goals and KPIs.
- Responsible for updating product / program into customer service system.
- Provides activity reports in the form of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Attend a weekly meeting with your customers to share insights and activity highlights.
- Perform other tasks as required by the superiors.
- Male / Female, 20 - 30 years old
- Graduated from University of related subjects
- Have 2-5 years experience in the same position
- Demonstrate ability to work in HR and planning
- Ability to manage multi-functional projects, planning and staffing
- Ability to do many things and adapt to changing environment continuously
- Basic English.
