We are looking for a R&D Director for a service company as detail:
- Study the market trends, strategies and activities of other successful restaurant concepts to create and maintain a competitive F & B strategy
- Attend conferences and networking with industry experts to keep up with culinary trends, consumers and restaurants, new processes, food products.
- Lead the internal R & D committee responsible for menu-related decisions including, but not limited to, menu items, names, prices, flavor profiles and presentations. This applies to regular events, events and special events (ie VIP parties).
- Design and implement regular renovation of menu services to keep menus fresh and interesting for our guests. Support the culinary team with the implementation plan and interface for all menu updates and modifications
- Report to executives on the progress of these plans
- Time and effort strategy required to implement new menu items / LTOs and provide regular feedback to Senior Leaders, Marketing and Procurement.
- Collaborate with related department to update training materials on food and beverages.
- Working with third-party partners as well as local food and beverage talents to design and implement new F & B services.
