MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Our client is a manufacturing company, now is looking for a Production Manager working in Binh Duong province as detail:
- Make production plan and set schedules up
- Evaluate production project and resource requirements
- Ensure the compliance of HSE regulation, operating procedures standard and quality standard in production
- Follow up quality of product
- Manage all activities of production process
- Have responsible for negotiation on timesclaes or schedules with customers / partners / ...
- Select, order and purchase materials
- Organize periodly the repair and maintenance of production equipment
- Always keep contact with buyers, marketing team and sales staff
- Manage Production Team
- Support and train for personel in department
- Supervise and control product quality
- Check and find out mistakes or any arising problems, especially in quality . Then, resolve them
- Establish statergies in order to improve production process and production capicity
- Make related reports
- Evaluate the working performance of staff and department
- Estimate production costs and set production budgets up
- Manage production budgets
- Minimize unecessary cost
- Cooperate closely with other related Dept to ensure that goals will be achived
- Perform other tasks assigned by higher level
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Male, under 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 7-10 years experienced working in same positions in manufacturing companies
- Have knowledge about Lean or Six Sigma is priority
- Have technical background in Plastic injection molding
- Good at English
- Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standard
- Other requirements
