We are looking for a Operation Manager for a Trading company, as detail:
- Manage call center operations daily to meet customer requirements and KPI for their satisfaction
- Manage call center project(50~150 seats)
- Provide various service in Call Center industry
- Responsible for operations, KPI management, customer communication and PL management
- Set a plan for revenue monitoring, control the costs of project.
- Implement, manage new projects and expand existing projects and coordinate with related departments
- Company representatives work with clients and maintain good relationships with them to create other business opportunities
- Perform other tasks as required by the superiors.
- Male Female; 25 - 35 years old
- University degree or equivalent
- Good at English
Excellent Presentation Skills (oral and written), as well as the ability to motivate, teach and inspire employees.
- Have 3-5 years work experience in equivalent position in large companies in the field of e-commerce activities
- Experience setting up call center
- KPI management, PL management
- Ability to train and give feedback to staff.
