MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Human Resources Policy

- Create a human resources and administration policy and strategy.
- Create an HR management system that includes policies and procedures, an employee handbook, salary grades, C&B, and a training system.
- Create a target, KPI, and action plan for the HR team, and oversee performance and continual improvement to meet the archive goal.
2. Recruitment and Retention

- Responsible for all recruitment activities and initiatives.
- Create a hiring strategy and plan, as well as a recruiting channel that is always improving.
3. Training

- Assists in the growth of employees and organizes orientation and training programs.
- Create and implement company processes and policies that affect employees, as well as incorporating them into the management system.
4. Relation

- Inform management of any employee issues or concerns.
- Reduce risk to the organization and its employees by defining, following, and enforcing standards, as well as adhering to legal requirements.

5. C&B

- Create a pay strategy for employees that includes base salary, bonuses, benefits, and allowances.
- Create a salary structure that is competitive in the labor market and reflects pay for performance, as well as a performance appraisal and incentive system.
- Oversee the payroll, employment contract, social security, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax processes.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- University degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Economics, Business Administration or relevant fields.

- At least 10 years experience at managerial position in manufacturing factory

Experience with HR processes, policies, systems, KPIs, etc.

- Ability to apply and adapt processes and techniques to senior management's unique needs.

- Ability to form and maintain good working relationships with other members of management, employees, and the general public.

- Ability to effectively deliver facts and recommendations both orally and in writing

- Proficiency in MS offiec and Outlook.

- Good command of English.
